Privacy policy

Last updated October 2026

This policy explains what information Park23, LLC (“Park23”, “we”) collects through park23.io and how we use it. If you have questions, email [email protected].

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the project form or email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your project, including any links you share.
• Booking details. When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, chosen time and your answers to the booking questions, and shares them with us.
• How you found us. We record the page you arrived on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and send them with your enquiry.
• Usage data. We use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and may use Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors use the site, which involves cookies and similar technologies. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked before these cookies are set.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, scope and deliver projects, understand which pages and campaigns bring us clients, and improve the site. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services we use

We rely on trusted providers to run the site and handle enquiries: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox), Google Workspace (email), Calendly (scheduling), and, where enabled, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement and our legal and accounting obligations after it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing[email protected]. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or change your analytics choice at any time with Cookie settings.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above.
