Bolt got you moving fast. We get you over the finish line.
Bolt.new builds full apps right in the browser, and it’s an amazing way to find out what you want. When the project gets big, things slow down: token limits, half-wired integrations and deploys that only work inside Bolt. We take it from there.
You talk to the engineer who builds it. No account managers, no hand-offs.

What breaks in Bolt apps
Stuck in the browser sandbox
The app runs inside Bolt’s environment, and moving it to real hosting surfaces missing environment variables and build errors.
Half-wired Supabase
Tables exist but security rules, relationships and migrations don’t, so data quality and privacy are at risk.
Token limits on a growing app
The codebase has outgrown what the AI can keep in mind at once, so changes start contradicting earlier work.
Integrations that only demo
Payments, email and third-party APIs work on the happy path and fail silently when anything unexpected happens.
No version history you can trust
Without proper Git history and branches, rolling back a bad change means hoping the AI remembers what it did.
Performance surprises
Large bundles, unoptimized images and chatty database calls make the app slow on real phones and networks.
Where Bolt projects stall
The app grows past what fits comfortably in one conversation, so every change gets harder and the AI starts forgetting earlier decisions. The backend is half connected and launch keeps slipping. We pull the project into a proper codebase and finish it.
“Virgil was so easy to work with and great at communicating and leading the project. I appreciate his help!”
What we fix
- Export the project into a clean Git repository with proper history
- Finish the Supabase setup: security rules, relationships and migrations
- Make payments, email and APIs handle failures, not just the happy path
- Fix build and environment issues so it deploys anywhere
- Speed it up for real devices and networks
- Hand over a codebase any developer can work in
Rescue work

Vibe-code rescue and AI product build
Signa
Signa proved its idea for AI jewelry design with a Replit prototype. We built it into a production B2B platform with business accounts, subscription billing, AI image generation and automated workflows.

Vibe-code rescue and ongoing development
Clipflo
Clipflo is a video gallery platform for wedding content creators, built in Lovable by its founder. It took off fast, and its creators were soon uploading far more video than a first version is built for. We rebuilt the upload pipeline for scale and stayed on as Clipflo’s engineering team.

For AI-built apps, new AI products and automations
Built something with Lovable, Replit, v0, Bolt or Cursor? A senior engineer reviews your code, security, payments, data and hosting and tells you what to keep, fix or rebuild. Planning a new AI product or automation? We test it on a sample of your real data and work out the models, running costs and architecture. Either way, you get a clear path to launch and a quote to get there, 100% credited toward your build.

We deploy, monitor and hand over. Then we stay on if you want us to.
You own all the code, accounts and IP. No lock-in.
Bolt questions
Can I keep using Bolt for small changes?
You can, though once the app is in a proper repository most teams move to normal development. We’ll set it up so either path works.
My Bolt project is huge and messy. Is it too late?
No. Size makes a review more valuable. The Launch Blueprint tells you what is worth keeping, what needs rebuilding and exactly what it will cost.
Do you need my Bolt account?
We need the project exported or shared, plus access to any connected services like Supabase or Stripe. NDA first, always.
Where will the app be hosted?
On hosting you own, usually Netlify, Vercel or Cloudflare for Bolt projects. We set it up and document it.
