Your Lovable app got you to a demo. We get it to launch.
Lovable is brilliant at turning an idea into screens fast. Then come real users, real payments and real data, and the cracks show. We take over Lovable projects, fix what will break in production, and keep everything that already works.
You talk to the engineer who builds it. No account managers, no hand-offs.

What breaks in Lovable apps
Supabase rules left open
Row-level security is off or too permissive, so one user can read or edit another user’s records. This is the most common and most dangerous problem we find.
Auth that only works in preview
Google and magic-link logins redirect to the wrong place on your real domain, sessions expire randomly, and roles are checked in the browser instead of the server.
Stripe still in demo mode
Checkout works once, but webhooks aren’t verified, failed payments aren’t handled and subscriptions drift out of sync with what users can access.
Edge functions holding secrets
API keys sit in client code or in functions anyone can call, and there is no rate limiting on the calls that cost you money.
Fix loops burning credits
Each prompt patches one thing and breaks another. Without tests, nobody can tell what changed, and the credits keep draining.
Uploads and storage that fall over
File uploads fail on large files, storage buckets are public by default, and there is no processing pipeline behind the upload button.
What usually happens
A founder builds the whole product in Lovable over a few weekends. It looks finished. Then a friend signs up and can see other people's data, Stripe only works in test mode, and every new prompt to fix one bug breaks two others. That's the point where we come in.
“Virgil was so easy to work with and great at communicating and leading the project. I appreciate his help!”
What we fix
- Lock down every Supabase table with row-level security that matches your real roles
- Rebuild auth so logins, redirects and permissions work on your own domain
- Wire Stripe properly: verified webhooks, failed-payment handling, subscription sync
- Move secrets server-side and put rate limits on anything that costs money
- Add tests around the flows that matter so future changes stop breaking things
- Deploy to production hosting you own, with monitoring and backups
Rescue work

Vibe-code rescue and AI product build
Signa
Signa proved its idea for AI jewelry design with a Replit prototype. We built it into a production B2B platform with business accounts, subscription billing, AI image generation and automated workflows.

Vibe-code rescue and ongoing development
Clipflo
Clipflo is a video gallery platform for wedding content creators, built in Lovable by its founder. It took off fast, and its creators were soon uploading far more video than a first version is built for. We rebuilt the upload pipeline for scale and stayed on as Clipflo’s engineering team.

For AI-built apps, new AI products and automations
Built something with Lovable, Replit, v0, Bolt or Cursor? A senior engineer reviews your code, security, payments, data and hosting and tells you what to keep, fix or rebuild. Planning a new AI product or automation? We test it on a sample of your real data and work out the models, running costs and architecture. Either way, you get a clear path to launch and a quote to get there, 100% credited toward your build.

How we work
- 1
Scope
We agree on what gets built, what it costs and when it ships.
- 2
Build
Milestones or a monthly plan, with a demo every week. Problems raised early, in plain English.
- 3
Launch
We deploy, monitor and hand over. Then we stay on if you want us to.
You own all the code, accounts and IP. No lock-in.
Lovable questions
Can I keep building in Lovable after you fix it?
Yes, if you want to. We can keep the project compatible with Lovable for UI work, or move it into a normal codebase your team or ours maintains. We’ll recommend one based on where the product is going.
Do you need access to my Supabase project?
Yes. We need the Lovable project (or its GitHub repo) and access to Supabase. We sign an NDA first, work in a copy before touching production, and hand every credential back at the end.
Will you rewrite everything?
Almost never. Most Lovable apps have a solid frontend and a weak backend. We keep the screens and logic that work and rebuild the parts that won’t survive real users.
How fast can you start?
The $1,499 Launch Blueprint starts as soon as we have access and takes five business days. You get a ranked fix list and a quote for the work.
Is my app leaking data right now?
If row-level security was never configured, possibly. The Launch Blueprint checks this first and we tell you the same day if something needs locking down immediately.
