From Replit prototype to a production AI jewelry platform
Signa proved its idea for AI jewelry design with a Replit prototype. We built it into a production B2B platform with business accounts, subscription billing, AI image generation and automated workflows.
The challenge
Signa lets jewelers and their customers design bespoke pieces with AI: describe a ring, see it rendered and refine it. The first version, built on Replit, proved the idea fast. Selling it to businesses brought a new set of requirements: accounts and roles for businesses with many users, billing for every way they buy, and the reliability jewelers expect from a tool they put in front of their own customers.
What we built
- Business-grade accounts. Server-side authentication and roles, built for businesses with multiple users.
- Billing for every way businesses buy. Subscriptions, design packs, seats and credits, tracked in a proper ledger so every purchase and every use is accounted for.
- AI design generation. Detailed jewelry specifications and photorealistic renders from leading AI image models, with editing and refinement.
- Automated workflows. Guided chat and editing flows that walk customers through a design.
- A white-label B2B platform. Jewelers get their own branded experience for their customers.
How we worked
We kept everything that worked in the prototype and built the business features around it, getting the platform ready for its public launch. The engagement started as an MVP build, continued as an ongoing development partnership, and brought in another Park23 engineer as the work grew.

A production B2B AI platform, and a founder, Joseph, who recommends Virgil and Park23 by name.
